Fall 6-Week Small Group Training

Ease into the colder months feeling strong. Kickstart your winter movement practice, find your training rhythm, and build strength in a cozy and supportive virtual community!

When it's happening:

Tuesdays + Thursdays: 6-7pm EDT / 5-6pm CDT / 4-5pm MDT / 3-4pm PDT
What you can expect:

12 small group live Zoom training sessions lasting 60 minutes (2 sessions per week on Tuesday and Thursday, with up to 5 people)

Full-body workouts: If you've trained with me before, you can expect similar programming! My programming prioritizes:

Intentional warmup that includes core-specific training and prepares your body for lifting.

The 7 major movement patterns + compound movements (lifts that utilize multiple joints + muscle groups, like deadlifts) so you can improve and strengthen movements you use in your everyday life, and get more bang for your buck with training!

Optional 5-minute cooldown to transition out of your workout and into the rest of your evening.

Adaptability: I will provide you multiple options for any movements or lifts that you prefer not to do, or for which you'd like an option that better aligns with your equipment! You'll also be invited to take as much rest as you'd like and make your own adjustments to workouts as you see fit.

Weekly emails explaining workouts so you know exactly what you can expect in advance of each workout.

Weekly Saturday workouts you can do on your own delivered to your email inbox!
